You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to use skill-based prediction platforms in your jurisdiction to use Banble. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Banble is a platform for making predictions and head-to-head challenges backed by a stake ("pot"). Banble holds the pot in escrow until the outcome is settled, then releases it to the winner.
Once both sides accept a challenge, pots are locked and cannot be withdrawn. Outcomes are settled using official data sources or a neutral host. Payouts are released to the winner's wallet automatically upon settlement.
You may not use Banble to collude on outcomes, manipulate settlement data, create multiple accounts to evade limits, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of pots involved.
You may delete your account at any time once all open challenges are settled and your wallet balance is withdrawn. Banble may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Banble is not liable for losses arising from your own predictions or challenges. We are responsible only for the accurate holding and release of escrowed pots per these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Banble after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
